I first met with Dee in the morning of the 27th February 2023 to discuss a direct cremation for our Mum whom we thought was in the last few days of her life. Sadly she passed away that afternoon. Our family were very appreciative of the way Dee and Chris stepped in that evening and thereafter when discussing the arrangements for mum's cremation. Hester and Lalli were excellent in the way they kept us informed of the process and what to expect over the coming weeks. Their attention to detail and communication with our family was exceptional. Thank you to Dee, Chris and staff for how they looked after our Mum.

I would like to thank Chris and Dee for their help and support to my family and me when we lost my Dad. Having never had to deal with arranging a funeral before but having a clear idea of what my dad wanted Chris and Dee were able to deliver a wonderful send off to my dad that went perfectly. They were compassionate yet professional. I highly recommend them as nothing was too little or too much to ask information about or to do on the day.

A few months have passed since Chris & Dee arranged everything for my Mums funeral. From our first meeting with Chris & Dee, we found them so helpful & understanding. They were very considerate and offered great advice, at a tough time. They even offered a dove releasing ceremony, after the cremation, which was lovely, something we never even knew you could do. I cant recommend them highly enough. I would rate them, well above the other recognised Funeral companies. A personal service with warmth & kindness.
